Traditionally, Yard Truck Fifth Wheel Air Cylinders are secured by a 4-crimp process to each end cap. As operators and shop technicians know, these tend to leak or come apart. The ULTRA-CRIMP 6 is over-engineered with 6 equally spaced crimps around the diameter of each end cap. This prevents rotating or coming apart over time.
Made from forged and hardened steel alloy for maximum durability and wear-resistance. Includes both jaws, pins, shims, snap rings, and spring.
Engineered and manufactured to the same stringent requirements as BADGER OEM. Includes mounting pins, bushings and pocket liners.
